Plain English Summary: You can delete your account right in the app, or by messaging us if you no longer have it installed. Once confirmed, your personal data is purged within 30 days. A small amount of information is kept longer only where we're legally required to, or to prevent fraud.
1 Delete In the App
If you still have the Zapota app installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account:

| 3 | Tap Delete Account |
| 4 | Confirm the deletion when prompted |
That's it. Once confirmed, your deletion request is submitted immediately and processed as described in Section 5 below.
2 Delete Without the App
No longer have the app installed? You can still request account deletion directly:

Once we've verified your request against your registered phone number, it's processed within 30 days.
3 What Gets Deleted
Once your deletion request is confirmed, the following is permanently removed:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your profile photo
- Your active listings and listing photos
- Your account credentials
4 What We Retain (and Why)
A small amount of information is kept for a limited time after your account is deleted, only where necessary:

Everything else is gone for good. Outside of what's listed above, all other personal data is permanently purged within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
